FY08 - FY09 Project, Bagram Airbase

The scope of of work for this project includes the design and construction of the following facilities within the Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan:

FY-08 Parallel Taxiway Phase 2, FY-08 Strategic Ramp, FY-08 Helo-Apron, FY-09 C-130 Maintenance Hangar, FY-09 Cargo Handling Area Expansion, FY-09 Refueler Ramp.

Helicopter Hangar having 94.15m length by 40.75m width and 3,836 m2 of closed area is designed to accommodate 2 no. of CH47 and 1 no. of UH60 rotary wing helicopters in 3 bays.

C-130 Maintenance Hangar having 119.15m length by 52.85m width and 6,297 m2 of closed area is designed to accomodate 2 no. of C-130 Fixed Wing Aircrafts in 2 bays.

The steel hangar buildings also accomodate office/equipment/storage areas with some very special machinery and overhead cranes.
