Our Athletes competed at the racetrack for Turkish Championship in İzmir and at the Yılmaz Sazak International Athletics Meetings in Istanbul

5 Medals Won at Yılmaz Sazak Races

Our athletes, who competed in the Yılmaz Sazak International Athletics Meetings held yesterday in Istanbul, won 1 gold medal, 1 silver medal and 3 bronze medals.

Besides the accomplishments of our athletes at the Yılmaz Sazak International Athletics Meetings, the Southern Cyprus also joined the races and the flags of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Southern Cyprus were side by side attracting the attention of all authorities.

At the first day of the Turkish Athletics Championship which started yesterday in Izmir, our athletes did not win any medals but they will compete for medal at today’s last races.
