It is located at the upper stream of Manzelet Dam situated at Ceyhan River Basin within the boundaries of Kahramanmaraş Province . The regulator having tail water elevation of 603,70 m, 130 MW of installed power and energy generation of 359.794 GWh is under construction as frontal type concrete body with gated water intake.
