It is located at the upstream of Manzelet Dam at Ceyhan River Basin within the boundaries of Kahramanmaraş Province . The dam having tail water elevation of 860 m, 210 MW of installed power and energy generation of 502.089 GWh is under construction as concrete face rock fill type.
