It is located at the upstream of Manzelet Dam at Ceyhan River Basin within the boundaries of Kahramanmaraş Province . The dam having tail water elevation of 747 m, 100 MW of installed power and energy generation of 256.554 GWh is under construction as concrete face sand-gravel fill type.
