The scope of works that has to be executed in two stages by the Joint Venture of Yüksel Construction, Inc. and Femco companies as parts of two separate contracts consists of four packages in total.

Scope of the Contract:

Package – 3. Site Piping Works
Package – 4. Site Arrangement and Landscaping

Project contract scope includes the infrastructure works of existing Male and Female Institutes which are located in the northern side of the King Faysal University in the region of Hofuf - Al Hasa plus the future planned student dormitories. As part of the contract, utility water treatment plant (RO), waste water treatment plant, utility water storage tanks and equipment supply works pertaining to the current service buildings as well as the water lines for waste water, utility water, fire and irrigation, cooled water and related equipment, energy, data and telephone lines, site lighting, road, pavement, site preparation and landscaping shall be executed.
