Fiba Yüksel International Project Development Corp. was established on 26 June 2006 by Fiba Holding and its Shareholders and Yüksel Holding. The first part of the project, which consists of 105 villas on a 53,75-acre land, is being executed by Fiba - Yüksel.

Çubuklu Valley Project is located at a point offering a wide view of the Black Sea perspective of the Bosphorus in Çubuklu Zone of Beykoz Disrict of İstanbul. Its proximity to the city centrum and to the access points and its location in the bosom of the nature are among the most important characteristics of the project.

The project is a life complex to be constructed over a 425-acre land. It is planned to construct furthermore a shopping center, social facilities, open-covered recreation areas and a hotel with 700 rooms under the Çubuk Valley Project consisting of a total of 856 villas.

The architectural design of the project has been prepared by Arolat Mimarlık, and the Landscaping Design is being executed by German Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architect.

The 1st Stage consists of 6-types of villas with sizes varying between 221 m2 and 600m2 and social facilities.
