Steva Sofia firm in the capacity of Employer initiated the construction of Hyatt Regency Hotel which is located in the most central part of Kiev , the capital of Ukraine . Total construction area of the Hotel is 34.600 squaremeter. Structural works, partial cladding and partition walls were included into the initial contract. Later, the new contract which was concluded with the new owner of the Hotel Sofia KYIV LLC covers completion of previously executed partial cladding, all finishing works and landscaping.

Hotel has 234 rooms in total, 1 king suite, 24 luxurious suites and rooms with various features and sizes and 209 standard rooms. Furthermore, there are an additional parking lot, one restaurant, 3 bars in total which are located in the lobby, 1 st basement floor and 8 th floor having an open terrace, Regency Club, business center, 2 board room and a ballroom which has a larger area than 1.000 squaremeter and 9 multi-functional meeting halls which are equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies.
