Pendik Shipyard Dry Dock and Pier construction, with a significant capacity, was realized as a contract that included all mechanical and electrical installation works. The dry dock was built in dimensions of 300 x 700 m. and 8.5 m. deep and the crane rails, piers, surface paving and electro-mechanical installation works were performed by Yüksel. In the implementation of the project, 1,000 tons of steel structure, 7,000 tons of reinforcement, 250,000 m³ of concrete and 400,000 m³ of earth works were utilized. This project allows the building of ships of 175,000 DWT in the shipyard.
