In the 29.2 km. 2 x 2 divided highway project construction of 7 bridges, 4 main intersections, a bridged intersection, a maintanence and a coordination center, 2 fall centers, parking areas, secondary road connections (between 26 + 500 km. and 55 + 700 km. of Bucharest - Constanta Highway) were also undertaken by the Turkish consortium with Ener Construction and Makimsan where Yüksel was the consortium leader.
