The five star complex with a total construction area of 75,000 m² consists of a 500 bed hotel and a 700 bed holiday village. All the buildings were planned in conformance with the local architectural norms. Within the scope of the turn-key contract all the necessary auxiliary facilities were considered, to include two outdoor, one indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, four restaurants, a Turkish Bath, a sauna and sea water purification and waste water treatment plants. The complex continues to serve as a major tourism attraction on par with international standards.
