With its 1,286 beds İbn-i Sina is the biggest hospital
in Turkey. The total construction area is 156,000 m² . This reinforced concrete
carcass building has 18 floors. The construction was implemented by Yüksel.
The work includes plumbing, central heating, electrical works, aeration, air
conditioning, a kitchen to serve 4,000 people, fire control units, a laundry
facilities, oxygen and vacuum lines, sterilization, operation rooms, morgue,
and other units. This is a high tech hospital in a high tech building. The
completion of this project is one of Yüksel’s best achievements in the area
of Health Services.
