Kemer yacht port facilities project was built on the Mediterranean riveria which is considered as Turkey’s most important and beautiful tourism region. The project is comprised of three parts: Port Superstructure Facilities, Hotel Training Center Construction and Landscaping. The port superstructure works was based on a 4,100 m² of construction area and includes a yacht club, a snack-bar, an administrative building, outdoor cafes, workshops, a tower, storage and transformer buildings, recreational facilities for yacht staff, a supermarket, a swimming pool, tennis courts, tribunes and souvenir shops. The training center is built on a total construction area of 13,200 m² and includes a 4-star 60 room hotel, a restaurant, a snack bar, a terrace bar, a club and facilities to be used for training hotel managers and service personnel. The training facilities also houses a dormitory, classrooms, training kitchen and a conference hall. The landscaping works covers an area of 12,300 m² and include a 1,200 m. of walking track, a 900 m. coastal reinforcement, 5 outdoor small shops, access roads, gardening, roadside lighting and similar works.
