The hotel block sits on a pile foundation. The 312 room hotel has 1 royal suite and 23 suites. Ground floor houses a restaurant, a gazebo, a brasserie, meeting rooms, information desk and 17 shops. A health club including a sauna, a Turkish Bath, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool is located on the basement. A 750 m. long promenade along the Bosphorus, borders the site which includes two swimming pools.
