The Le Meridien Hotel, was completed and put into operation on 28th of April, 2003 by the Aysel Construction. Existing Historical Tashkent Hotel Building, situated on a 25.000 m2 area, was strengthed based on the latest eartquake standards. The Tashkent Hotel has 254 rooms, a restaurant for 250 people, a lobby bar for 80 people, an opera jazz bar for 60 people, an Eastern Star Restaurant on the roof area for 280 people, a 600 m2 health clup composed of a sauna, fitness, massage salon and an open swimming pool, a modern kitchen, a laundry service, a meeting room and a business center, shops.

Strengthening and Structural Designs were the responsibility of the local institutes, engineers and the Aysel's Technical Staff.
