Work consists of 84 m. long weir of fixed concrete and earth embankment, 116 m. long non-gated overflow concrete ogee type spillway, 6325 m. long 2.5 m diameter spirally welded steel pipe, Melen Pumping Station (1.75 m³/sec. X 6 each), Cumhuriyet Pumping Station(1.66 m³/sec.X 6 each) and 2 pieces of reinforced concrete header tanks each having a capacity of 26.000 m³.
