As of the contract date, Ankara - Pozantı Highway, Kemerhisar - Eminlik Section was one of the highest priced highway construction projects to be realized by a consortium of Turkish construction companies including Nurol, Cengiz, Kiska where Yüksel took an important role. The project, designed to ease the regional traffic, is a 55 km. highway with 2 x 3 lane reinforced with connection roads. In the scope of this construction contract, there are 12 large civil works (a 550 m. viaduct, 10 underpass bridges each 500 m. long, one 51 m. wide overpass bridge) and 131 auxiliary structure works.
