TThe purpose of this project is to connect TEM highway to GAP (South Anatolia Project). The highway consists of a 37 km. highway, 17 km. connection roads as well as 3 overpasses 150 m. long, 16 underpasses 192 m. long, a bridge of 40 m. of length and four (bridged type) junctions. In the project, approximately 15,000,000 m³ of earth works, 156,000 m³ of concrete, 1,256,000 tons of sub- base, 896,000 tons of mechanic stabilization base and 762,000 tons of bituminous hot mix asphalt works were realized.
