As part of the contract there is construction of infrastructure facilities of a land in 1,000,000sqm and its superstructure consisting 30 buildings to be used as terminal, main office, temporary and permenant accommodation facilities, canteen, treatment and maintenance having about total 30,000sqm of contruction area.

The facility will be used by the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and will be providing service for total 3,800 people.
