Almaty Financial Center undertaken by Yuksel is one of the most important projects in the region. It is planned to construct over 100 buildings within the scope of this project that is located on Al-Farabi Street and at the skirting of Alatau Mountains .

Yuksel Insaat constructs the first phase of this big project that consists of 4 buildings having a total construction area of 160.000 m2, and the project is executed under four separate contracts. Contract covers shell & core type construction of each building as well as facade coating that consists of totally nine floors including two basements. All main mechanical and electrical installations and finishing works of the common and technical spaces are also included in the contract.

The client of first building (Block A) is Kazkommetsbank, the client of second building (Block B) is AFD-B LLP, the client of third building (Block C) is Bank Centercredit and the client of fourth building (Block D) is Bank Turan Alem. Project management services are rendered by Bureau Veritas, and the project developer of Almaty Finance Center is Capital Partners.
