Client of Al Fateh University Building contract in Libya is ODAC (Organization for Development & Promotion of Administrative Centers) responsible for big sized housing investments.

The contract covers construction of Faculty of Agriculture Building, Faculty of Veterinary Building and Faculty of Science Building as well as infrastructure utilities connections of all the named buildings, which will be located within the campus of Al Fateh University. Al Fateh University is one of two biggest universities in Libya . Faculty of Science complex also consists of separate Geophysics, Geology, Zoology and Meteorology Buildings . Solar radiation prevented aluminum facade and ceramic coating will be applied on the facades of the buildings which generally have 3 floors, and the floor lining will be granite, granite ceramic and linoleum, stairs will be granite, handrails will be stainless steel, walls will be plaster paint, and the ceilings will be suspended ceiling. Electrical installations, mechanical installations, air conditioning installations and elevators are also included in the scope. Total building area of the project is 66,300 squaremeter.
