The Contract includes 14 office buildings, 1 main administration building, 1 underground operational center, 1 conference hall, 1 dormitory building for officers, 3-blocks dormitory building, 1 sports hall building with a swimming pool inside, 3 administration and storage buildings, 1 mosque, 1 heating center and fire fighting building, 5 underground fresh water and rainwater tanks, 3 small and 1 big transformer building, 9 entrance control building and 27 observation booths.

Total construction area is 400,000 square meter and total closed construction area is 114,000 square meter.
