The scope of the project includes the 1st package works, which are principal manufacturing works of the complex to be used for office, dwelling and hotel purposes and consisting of 150.000 m2 of utilization area with multi storey 6 blocks. Within this scope, the supply and placement of 31.500 m3 Grade 30 concrete and 7.060 m3 Grade 15 and supply and installation of 2.670 tons of construction iron will be realized. Major manufacturing works have been completed as at 02/05/2008 and a partial section of super structure manufacturing works have been assigned to us by Variation Order No. 1. The Variation Order No. 1 covers 6000 m2 Waffle slab manufacturing for 3 storeys.
