Almaty International Logistics Park Project undertaken jointly by Yuksel Insaat and Turkuaz- YDA Construction has been constructed as Class A logistics depot with the total construction area of 90.000 m2 and the covered area of 45.542 m2, which is one of the depots having the largest covered area in the region.

Contract executed as design - build method also covers all auxiliary buildings and facilities. Contract also consists of storm water collection building and oil treatment plant, administrative building, main power building, water pump building, fuel tank building, security building and two water tanks each having a capacity of 1800 cubic meters. In addition, all mechanical and electrical installations as well as infrastructure and asphalt pavement works are also included in the scope. There are 9 HVAC & Battery charge rooms and 9 Dispatch offices in the covered depot, and the building is divided into 9 independent depots with fireboards and partitions. The depot constructed according to Class A standards has 37 automatic loading ramps and 5 automatic service doors at 5 m height each. 42.000 square meter parking area is capable of serving to 185 long vehicles and 245 cars.

The depot is a significant logistics area in the country with its structural characteristics and being close to the international airport.
