This project has been undertaken by the joint venture (NTY) established by Yuksel Construction with Nurol and Tekfen. This contract that is the most important section of the Black Sea Coast Highway is a partitioned highway construction and financed with a foreign loan.

Length of partitioned highway with 2 x 2 lanes is 27 km. There is 2 x 4.587 m long tunnel and 35 ea. 2 x 2.796 m long bridges within the scope of highway construction. Hapan tunnel, which is the longest tunnel in Turkey , is within the scope of this project with its length of 2 x 3.777 m.

5,000,000 m3 of earthworks, 515,000 tons of plantmix sub-base, base and 365,000 m3 of bituminous hot mix have been used for realizing this contract.

A good solution has been produced to the traffic and traveling difficulties caused by the geographical structure of the region after construction of Bolaman- Persembe Highway .
