22 Dec 2014 - Prince Salman and Al Iman General Hospitals - Saudi Arabia

As per the tender results announced on 15 December, 2014, Yüksel İnşaat Saudia - FEMCO Consortium, is the lowest bidder of both Prince Salman and Al Iman General Hospitals renovation projects in Riyadh, owned by Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health.

The scope of Prince Salman Hospital Project includes civil, electrical and mechanical works and all relevant utilities of the existing main hospital building, residences and other buildings as well as refurbishment of infrastructure and renovation of a hospital with 55,400 m2 closed area, which is designed for service areas. 

On the other hand, 41,700 m2 hospital building, residences, auxiliary buildings and other facilities will be renovated within the scope of work of 300-bed Al Iman General Hospital.

Projects are planned to be completed within 24 months with approximate contract values of SAR 545.35 million (USD 145.43 million) and SAR 488.05 million (USD 130.15 million) for Prince Salman Hospital and Al Iman Public Hospital respectively.
