As per the tender results announced on 21 December, 2014, Yüksel İnşaat Saudia - FEMCO Consortium, is the lowest bidder of Al-Nuayriyah General Hospital refurbishment project in Nuayriah-Eastern Province, owned by Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health.
The scope of Al-Nuayriyah Hospital Project includes refurbishment of infrastructure, finishing works of existing main hospital building with 17,100 m2 service area, residences and other service buildings with all electrical, mechanical and civil works.
Al-Nuayriyah is the third hospital project of Saudi Arabia hospital tenders which Yüksel İnşaat Saudia - FEMCO Consortium has got the first place of bidding in 2014. Yüksel İnşaat Saudia - FEMCO Consortium, was the lowest bidder of both Prince Salman and Al Iman General Hospitals renovation projects in Riyadh.
The projects is planned to be completed within 24 months with approximate contract value of SAR 129.98 million (USD 34.66 million).
