Yüksel has been awarded a new project in Saudi Arabia, the construction of infrastructure of King Faisal University Teaching Hospital in Hassa City that belongs to Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). This is the second phase of the project “King Faisal University Teaching Hospital Phase 1 - Al Hassa”, which was completed by Yuksel in cooperation with Femco in 2013.
The project scope of work includes hardscaping and landscaping works, chilled water, fire water, irrigation water, potable water, raw water, sanitary sewer, steam & condensate lines as well as well water lines with all civil, mechanical and electrical works.
The project is expected to be completed in 18 months by Yüksel & Femco Consortium and the contract amount is approximately SAR 245.2 million (USD 65.4 million).
